I received the replacement Select Switch in the mail and have successfully placed it on the training collar transmitter, thank you for your attention in this matter. The entire system works well. I have enjoyed the experience in dealing with K9electronics and will continue to order from them in the future. My package arrived damaged and the problem was efficiently and effectively fixed to my satisfaction and I appreciate the time and effort K9electronics put towards solving the problem, it was impressive. Wow, now I have a great on-line company to deal with on all my dog related needs with my dog walking business and I don\'t have to waste time shopping several stores to find what I am looking for. This order of a vibrating training collar is something the local stores in my area do not carry so it was great to have an on-line store that carries humane alternatives to the popular electronic training collar. We are the owners of two rescue dogs,brother and sister. I am a bilateral amputee and we needed a better way to walk Poncho and Eva rather than on leashes. We purchased the Dogtra two dog system from K9 Elec. with much help and advice from Gina and Byron. Both dogs are young and did not obey well outside. It only took 2 shocks to Eva (a few more for Poncho as he's a bit more subborn) before I could walk them without leashes on our road with complete confidence. We could have purchased the collars from any of the many other online sites but the personal service from Gina And Byron was exceptional. We thank bth of you and K9 Elec. Sincerely Eric and Joan

Again, thank you and thanks for being so pleasant. I can be hard to deal with when I feel something is not right. In this case it was all my fault through misunderstanding about whom I initially ordered it from. I still can't figure out how I did that. Having been a manufacturers representative for many years and finally walking away from the business because of the penchant of manufacturers pulling the rug out from under the market I built for them, and now being a manufacturer myself where I have control and want to know immediately of any complains from the ultimate user . . . because of these things I can get on my high horse pretty quickly, sometimes jumping the gun as I did with you guys. I talked to you earlier about products. I was wanting clarification on best product for me. You helped me from a remote system to remote and in ground system all in one. Super cool and meets my needs better. I then wrote back and via E-chat again asked about shipping..... AMANDA was very help full to a person very anal and cheap....... You guys were the only company out of 4 that worked with me to fit my needs from product to delivery.... YOU GUYS HAVE MY BUSINESS...... Customer service has been lost these days. Thank you so much for the lead to our new electronic doggy door. We found the one we wanted in less than 30 minutes on Monday and the price was excellent. We ordered it immed. paid by paypal and received our door by UPS on Wed afternoon. Excellent service all around!
