I received the replacement Select Switch in the mail and have successfully placed it on the training collar transmitter, thank you for your attention in this matter. The entire system works well.
I have enjoyed the experience in dealing with K9electronics and will continue to order from them in the future. My package arrived damaged and the problem was efficiently and effectively fixed to my satisfaction and I appreciate the time and effort K9electronics put towards solving the problem, it was impressive. Wow, now I have a great on-line company to deal with on all my dog related needs with my dog walking business and I don\'t have to waste time shopping several stores to find what I am looking for. This order of a vibrating training collar is something the local stores in my area do not carry so it was great to have an on-line store that carries humane alternatives to the popular electronic training collar.
