Again, thank you and thanks for being so pleasant. I can be hard to deal with when I feel something is not right. In this case it was all my fault through misunderstanding about whom I initially ordered it from. I still can't figure out how I did that. Having been a manufacturers representative for many years and finally walking away from the business because of the penchant of manufacturers pulling the rug out from under the market I built for them, and now being a manufacturer myself where I have control and want to know immediately of any complains from the ultimate user . . . because of these things I can get on my high horse pretty quickly, sometimes jumping the gun as I did with you guys.
