Again, thank you and thanks for being so pleasant. I can be hard to deal with when I feel something is not right. In this case it was all my fault through misunderstanding about whom I initially ordered it from. I still can't figure out how I did that. Having been a manufacturers representative for many years and finally walking away from the business because of the penchant of manufacturers pulling the rug out from under the market I built for them, and now being a manufacturer myself where I have control and want to know immediately of any complains from the ultimate user . . . because of these things I can get on my high horse pretty quickly, sometimes jumping the gun as I did with you guys. I talked to you earlier about products. I was wanting clarification on best product for me. You helped me from a remote system to remote and in ground system all in one. Super cool and meets my needs better.

I then wrote back and via E-chat again asked about shipping..... AMANDA was very help full to a person very anal and cheap....... You guys were the only company out of 4 that worked with me to fit my needs from product to delivery.... YOU GUYS HAVE MY BUSINESS...... Customer service has been lost these days. I spend where people help me.....
