Finally in-ground pet fence for Cats! The PetSafe PIG00-11007 In-Ground Cat Fence is cats 6 lbs and up, at least six months old of any temperament. PetSafe's Nano Technology makes for the smallest radio fence receiver on the market. The receiver is fully waterproof, provides a warning tone and 4 levels of correction for use with any cat regardless how independent. The receiver can be user set at tone or level one for easy to train cats. On level 2 or above the will administer progressive correction for more independent cats.
The system comes complete with everything you need to cover up to a 1/4 acre yard. The transmitter is powerful enough to cover up to 25 acres by adding additional boundary wire. You can purchase additional wire and flags to expand up to 25 acres! The Fence Transmitter is also equipped with a 250 volt, ½ amp fuse to protect the unit’s electronic circuitry from electrical power surges or lightning strikes. PetSafe even provides an additional fuse. The boundary width can also be adjusted right on the transmitter.
NOTE: The internal lightning protection does may not protect against a lightning strike that travels through the boundary wire. The RFA-28 Lightning Protector will protect against this.
