We do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Domestic Customers (Lower 48 states):

*Expedited Shipping: (i.e. Overnight, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select), the day the order is picked up by UPS does NOT count as a travel day.   (Example: if your ship date is Friday and you want 3 day Select, then your delivery date will be the following Wednesday since Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days).

Example:
If you place an order on Tuesday BEFORE 10 AM (PST) using 2-Day Air, your package will be picked up by UPS at 2PM (PST) on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are travel days, you will receive your package on Thursday afternoon.

If you place an order on Tuesday AFTER 10 AM (PST) using 2-Day Air, your package will be picked up by UPS at 2PM (PST) on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are travel days, you will receive your package on Friday afternoon.

*Weekend Delivery - Please call us if you need weekend delivery, because there is an extra charge for this.  In addition, UPS and Federal Express have limited coverage areas so we need to first ascertain if your area is one that is covered by one of them.

Over-Sized Items: If you wish to have a dog crate, kennel, exercise pen, patio panel or bird launcher or other oversized items shipped additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact  customerservice@k9electronics.com or call 1-800-586-3780 Ext 2 prior to placing your order.

P.O. Boxes & APO's : We apologize for the inconvenience, but UPS and USPS do not ship to post office boxes at this time. If you place an order and list a P.O. Box in your "Ship To Address", we will contact you for a different address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order. If you would like your product shipped to an APO, we will notify you of the exact shipping fees shortly after your order has been placed.

International Customers:

NOTE : PetSafe, Innotek, Staywell, Solvit, PetGear, Ergo Systems, and SportDOG brand products can only be shipped to the United States and Canada.  Also, some packages are considered overweight or dimensionally large and will not be available for shipping overseas.
 
We reserve the right to deny shipment if the total shipping is overweight and extra large.  We will contact you by email only, therefore please provide one and check it often until you receive a shipping confirmation.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 72 hours please email us at customerservice@k9electronics.com.
 
The International shipping fee will automatically be calculated and applied by our shopping cart upon checkout. All International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express (10 to 15 Days).  Starting in November to January expect delays.  It is not unusual for a package to arrive in 20 to 35 days. For expedited International shipping, please contact us for a quote at customerservice@k9electronics.com or call us at 1-949-873-2816 Ext 2
 
Also, International shipments may be delayed in the Customs Department of your country.   A "Duty Fee" and/or "Taxes" may also be applied by your Customs Department.
