The Petsafe Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder 2.0 is an automatic pet feeder that’s uniquely designed to bring peace of mind to mealtime. This updated version of the Smart Feed Pet Feeder received the 2020 Pet Innovation Award for its innovative design that is both high tech and low stress.

The Petsafe Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder 2.0 works with your Wi-Fi, allowing you to schedule, adjust, and monitor your pet’s meals right from your phone. A 2.4 GHz wireless router is required. You’ll also need to download the My PetSafe® app to your phone or mobile device to enjoy convenient meal scheduling from anywhere. This automatic pet feeder works with the Amazon Echo device, so you can easily ask Alexa to feed your furry friend a snack.

The Petsafe Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder 2.0 has low food sensors which will send a notification to your phone when the food levels are low or the hopper is out of kibble. This automatic pet feeder is compatible with Amazon Dash Replenishment. It will save you a trip to the store by automatically reordering your pet’s kibble when it’s running low.

This pet feeder has a 24-cup and can dispense both dry and semi-moist pet food. You won’t have to refill the feeder daily or after every meal. With a unique conveyor system, the feeder can dispense most shapes and sizes of cat or dog food while preventing food jams.

You can schedule up to 12 meals a day in sizes from 1/8 cup to 4 cups per meal. Each meal can have a different portion. This automatic pet feeder has a “Slow Feed” feature, which dispenses meals in small amounts over 15 minutes. It is a great solution for pets who eat too quickly. If you want to feed your pet an extra meal, use the Feed Now option within the app or push the button on the feeder to instantly dispense the next scheduled meal.

This automatic pet feeder comes with a stainless steel bowl and a removable holder to prevent your pet from moving or tipping the bowl. The feeder components are easy to disassemble and clean. Simply place the hopper, bowl, bowl holder, and lid in the top rack of the dishwasher for convenient cleanup.

The PetSafe Automatic Pet Feeder 2.0 supports a dual power supply. With an AC adaptor and a backup battery option (4 D-Cell alkaline batteries, not included) you don’t have to worry about your pet not being able to eat in case of a power cut.
