I haven't received a tracking number and my order status still shows "Processing"?

This does not mean that your product hasn't already shipped! We are automating this process in the near future, but for now, tracking emails are entered and sent manually so don't be alarmed if you haven't received your tracking number as your order probably already shipped. Depending on how busy we are this can take up to 48 business hours.

Please, mind that only logged in users can submit questions
